We strive to ensure your soap bar order reaches you in a timely manner. Here's what you can expect regarding processing and shipping times:

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing may take longer during peak seasons or special promotions.

  • Shipping: Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via [USPS], and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times are as follows:

    • Domestic: 5 to 7 business days

    • International:  N/A unless on special request. Email us at support@thesolbody.com

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your order. Rates will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is made. We may offer free shipping promotions during specific periods. Keep your eye out!

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Customs and Import Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your country's customs office may impose import duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs delays.

Order Packaging

We take utmost care in packaging your soap bars to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately with photographs of the packaging and the damaged items.

Return & Exchange Policy

​Returns and Exchanges

We're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your soap bar purchase from The Sol Body. While we don't accept returns for soap bars, we offer alternatives to make things right.

 

Eligibility for Refunds or Store Credit

Although we don't offer returns for soap bars, we provide two options:

  •         Refund: If your soap bars are damaged upon arrival or you're dissatisfied with the quality, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

  •         Store Credit: Alternatively, if you're not pleased with your purchase, we offer store credit that can be used towards future purchases on our website.

Initiating Refunds or Store Credit

To initiate a refund or store credit, please follow these steps:

  •         Contact our customer service team at Support@thesolbody.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  •         Share your order number and provide specific details about the issue.

  •         Our customer service team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund and credit the funds to your original payment method within 7-10 days.

Store Credit

For store credit, once your request is approved, you will receive a unique code via email. This code can be applied during checkout for future purchases on our website.

Damaged or Defective Soap Bars

In the event that you receive damaged or defective soap bars, please notify us immediately at support@thesolbody.com with accompanying photographs of the issue and packaging. We'll work promptly to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
